Food Plant: Alnus (Alder)

Mine: July, October

Notes: The mine is upper side, oval, over midrib or side-vein - the upper epidermis flimsy with one strong crease. The pupa is formed in a white cocoon. The cremaster has four spines, with the outer pair being more susbstantial.
