Food Plant: Leycesteria formosa (Himalayan Honeysuckle), Lonicera periclymenum, L.xylosteum (Honeysuckle), Symphoricarpos rivularis (Snowberry) Mine: June, October Notes: Forms an upper surface mine which is normally blotchy (as shown). The young mine is stellate. The initial mine is purple in colour - turning brown as it ages. There are two mines shown above. A local and uncommon miner. Pupa: In the mine.
