Food Plant: Eupatorium cannabinum (Hemp Agrimony), Inula conyzae (Ploughman's-spikenard), Leucanthemum vulgare (Oxeye Daisy), Senecio jacobaea ( Common Ragwort)

Notes: The larva is an internal stem borer, which also pupariates internally. The puparium has a small, lightly sclerotized, central horn in each of the posterior spiracles, surrounded by a ring of 10-12 bulbs. The puparium is a pale whitish-yellow (as shown). The puparium shown is in Senecio jacobaea ( Common Ragwort)
