Food Plant: Aster tripolium (Sea Aster)

Notes: The larva feeds and pupariates internally within the stem. The puparium is an orange brown colour (as shown). The anterior spiracles have a small central horn, each with 14-18 bulbs arranged around this. Probably a widespread miner.
