Food Plant: Ranunculus repens (Creeping buttercup)

Notes: The larva lives in the petiole and makes parallel-sided galleries in the leaf blade, which are little branched (as shown). The galleries are almost full depth. Little recorded in the UK, but widespread in Europe. This is an unusual early record for this miner.
