Notes: Mines the needle tips and turns them white. Does not spin the leaves together. The larva leaves a mine through a hole made in the leaf and may mine other leaves.The larva is shown entering a leaf. It spins a white cocoon on the leaf underside to pupate. Present throughout Europe and Scandinavia.
