Notes: The case is initially cut from a leaf and then assembled from several leaf pieces to make four sections, which then turn brown (as shown). The case is laterally compressed and is 12-13mm long. It pupates attached to the stem of the host. First seen in the UK in 2004 and finally confirmed in 2007. Very rare in the UK and known only from one site now.
