Food Plant: Rumex hydrolapathum (Water Dock), R.crispus (Curled Dock) Egg: on the flower Mine: August - June Notes: Feeds on the seeds and then later moves to the stem to pupate, where it fixes itself (as shown). The case is 7-8mm long, being narrow, tubular and trivalved.
