Food Plant: Salicornia (Glasswort)

Mine: September to October.

Notes: Larva feeds internally on seeds and fleshy spikes. A case is formed from the tip of a spike, and feeding continues for a short time on other spikes. The larva is infrequently seen. The habitat where it is found (along with other saltmarsh Coleophora species)
