Food Plant: Acer campestre (Field Maple), A.pseudoplatanus (Sycamore), Acer platanoides (Norway Maple) Elsewhere: A.saccharinum (Silver Maple) Egg: Underside, usually close to a vein. Mine: June-July Pupa: In a silken cocoon on either side of lea Notes: Early mine a gallery leading to a squarish blotch (as shown).
