Food Plant: Rubus (Bramble), Geum, Fragaria, Agrimonia Egg: Either leaf surface Mine: May-June, July-August, October-March Notes: A common leaf miner. A long gallery with dispersed frass. The larva is amber-yellow, head yellowish-brown. A particularly reddish mine on Rubus agg. in the field, recalling Stigmella auromarginella. An adult was reared and it was Stigmella aurella.
